1. All candle, incense, and spiritual items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged before arrival. If the product is found to be damaged after the customer has signed for the delivery, it will be considered as damage caused during transit, and unfortunately, our store will not be liable or able to process a claim.

2. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

3. Please preserve packaging and evidence; we may request items be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
