If the product is found to be damaged after the customer has signed for the delivery, it will be considered as damage caused during transit, and unfortunately, our store will not be liable or able to process a claim.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
